The Alignment Meeting.

This meeting can be done by phone or face-to-face. I’ll ask you a series of questions, analyze any potential blind spots that could be holding your business back and listen before we make any recommendations. It is at this meeting we both decide if there is a good fit between our two companies. If we decide not to work together, we go our separate ways.

However, if we decide that both our companies are a good fit, we’ll move on to step two…

Your Challenge or Goal?

Where are you now? Where do you want to be? This is where you tell us your story, your future goals, and the factors you believe are currently holding your company back. This is where we talk possibilities and possible solutions.

Step Three…Your Commitment?

You have come to us because you have a challenge to overcome or a goal you wish to achieve. So how committed are you to solving your challenge and achieving your goal? This is where we talk courage and chickening out. We will need total commitment from you, what are you willing to do? What will you not be willing to do?
